How do I order product seen on the web site?
The minimum order for CAS is $500.00. To place an order for CAS product, please contact our customer

Do I have a choice of frame or mat selections?
Unfortunately, changing frames and mats adds extensive time and labor to the production cycle;
therefore, products are sold only as shown unless special arrangements have been made.

What is the shipping time?
CAS strives to ship all orders within 4-6 weeks. If it necessary to have product by a specific date,
please contact our customer service department directly. Any item not available within that window will
be placed on backorder unless otherwise specified by the account.
Depending on size of the order, items will be shipped UPS Ground or by truck on a pallet.

What does shipping usually run?
Shipping costs will vary depending on number of pieces and size of items and shipping location. As a
general rule, shipments run between 10-25% of the order.
CAS offers our customers a freight program to help offset the cost of freight:
- Any order of $1000 or more is eligible for a 10% freight cap when paid within specified terms.
- Orders of $2500 or more are eligible for a full freight allowance when paid within terms. (Deduct the freight from invoice as shown.)

What is the CAS Partnership Program?
CAS is proud to offer customers a program that recognizes, rewards and builds substantial partnerships
between CAS and our retail accounts. Accounts with the capacity to do $5000 or more in any given 12 month
period, are given short term and long term benefits including free freight coupons, extended dating,
special promotions and credit back at the end of the year. Please contact your sales associate for more

How do I obtain a password in order to view pricing on this
site?
Pricing information is available only to eligible wholesale accounts such as retailers, designers or purchasing offices. If you are an existing CAS account, your password is your CAS account number or the phone number listed on file with CAS for your account. Your account number can be found on any CAS invoice or by contacting our customer service department at
CAScustomerservice@tru-vue.com.

What is the best way to search for specific items on this
site?
You may choose to put in a known item number or name, search by categories or by keyword.
This site is categorized in the same format as our print catalogs. Locate a specific print or mirror by typing in the item number or product name within the Search field indicated. You may also prefer to search by category to view all selections within a theme. If you prefer, search our collection by New or Best Sellers to further categorize the line. Special product notes beside each item indicate any available information such as whether the item is a CAS exclusive, hand-colored, giclee or limited edition item.
Sub-categories may also be selected and include the following:
